We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.

how can i get my DLC from xbox carried over to windows?

i synced my progress between xbox and MS store/windows on the day cross-progression came out. unfortunately, all of the DLC chapters that i purchased on the xbox store did not carry over when i play on MS store.

the picture above shows how my almost all my survivors are locked, including my p44 yui that has the rare prestige portrait (so obviously i own her). i have tried logging onto the xbox, resyncing, and reloading the MS store version and it doesn't work. i even uninstalled and reinstalled the ms store version yesterday to no avail.

i haven't heard back from support at all and i'm getting so frustrated. i have hundreds of dollars worth of content that is locked, and i can't play as my main characters. it's been a week and a half that i've wanted to play but don't have my survs and killers that i actually want to play as.

did ANY other xbox > MS store users experience this issue? are there any workarounds or tips for getting it to sync? i just want my DLC on PC!

    Same problem except xbox > steam. I saw some other people are having issues too. Did the same as you and no fix. I'm not getting any responses back from support either. I did get 1 and they said they deployed a fix for it? It didn't work though and they haven't replied back so I got no idea man. It really sucks

    they said you need to start the game on the XBox first for the fix to be effective, so everything can sync properly to your BHVR account, have you tried that?


    also, there are probably plenty of support requests currently due to cross progression issues and misunderstandings, plenty of bugs in-game, and a new mode also with new bugs etc.

    and don’t open new support requests as that will send you back at the end of the queue, it may take some time but in my experience, they are actually responding eventually.
