PC- Got hooked and got a MAJOR Survivor Bug

I was playing on PC and was in a 2v8 match playing as a survivor (Cheryl Mason) and was playing medic, everything was fine until I got hooked then I was clipping around and was unable to interact with anything, and eventually got into a chase where the killers couldn't hit me/down me. My character was also stuck in animations that the other survivors around were doing. At the end of the round, I had to DC since I couldn't get downed.
I don't know how it happened and it hasn't occurred since.

Note: The only thing I have installed is Nightlight for pretty icons
