Remove unlimited distortion tokens

Remove the recover tokens part and increase the base amount.

    imo they should change the way tokens are gained - eg instead of just being in terror radius you need to be in chase.

    Aaaaalso, I like that you get notified when your aura is being read in 2v8 and I think they should test this for normal game mode as well.
