Regarding extension of execution time by hook.

I saw the latest 8.2.0 patch notes.
Killer players are disappointed.
Don't give penalties for hanging survivors on hooks.
It's not a good idea to leave them crawling and wait for them to die from blood loss, but that's the choice i have to make.
The total time of 20 seconds is approximately the same time as it takes to operate the gate lever.
For a killer, those 20 seconds are extremely valuable.
