Malicious use of slugging in 2v8

This post is entirely and only focused on 2v8, not the base 1v4 mode, suggested changes are meant only for the 2v8 mode.

In 2v8 the game have seen a lot of core changes, these changes made many of the core issues like camping, slugging and tunneling pretty much nonexistent. You can of course try to engage in such tactics, but there is no reason to at all, unlike the base game, these methods are most likely going to backfire rather than help, the changes that were done made is there is no need to do that: Camping is impossible as the cages change position, tunneling is very hard as you don't know where the cage is so you can't be ready at all times to tunnel and slugging is possible but is mostly pointless as cage action is almost instant.

The issue is that while it is pointless some people may still try to do that just to make survivor's have unenjoyable time as they have to wait 4 minutes before they die, there is nothing they can do. This act is completely malicious in nature and serves no gameplay reason, only to make other people unhappy, after all they could simply just cage the survivors and the match would end, yet they chose to sit there for 4 minutes and just look at them.

Thankfully, due to the core changes, combating this specific issue is not a problem at all.
You see, as sending a survivor to a cage takes a second or two the bleed out timer can be reworked completely into something else more appropriate to this mode.

My idea is to replace the global 4 minute bleed out timer with a localized 30 second auto cage timer. This timer would begin each time the survivor is put into a dying state and will start counting from 30, unlike the bleed out timer which is 4 minutes total time on the ground the auto cage timer would be localized to each dying state. When that 30 seconds passes, as you can probably tell by the name, that survivor will be automatically put into a cage just as if a killer put them into one.
This would make it so it is impossible to slug survivors out of malicious intent while still allowing for some action for the killer depending on the situation, like chasing another nearby survivor. Perhaps it could also be made so when a survivor is near, the timer would slow down drastically so that when a teammate comes, the dying survivor will not suddenly be gone and can be safely healed.

I believe such change would make the mode itself healthier while not affecting the majority of gameplay at all, it only is aimed at malicious actions.
Also, the numbers of course can be changed, I wanted to just propose the idea itself rather than have perfect balancing.
