HillBilly tweaks Sept-Oct (3500hr+ Billy player)
Dear BHVR,
Hillbilly currently is a bit over tuned, here are some things i would tweak for sure for a happy medium.
- Overdrive should either take longer to build up OR have a shorter duration while in overdrive.
- Iridescent engraving and Boot addons (Spiked & Dads) should not stack/work while Hillbilly is in overdrive as currently those 2 addons are overused and oppressive on him especially in overdrive leaving the survivor with very little/no counterplay..
- Lopro chains needs a complete rework into something else as currently it's downright broken on Hillbilly..
- Having a 1second initial turn rate playing Hillbilly on controller/console is PERFECT, having a 1sec initial turn rate playing hillbilly on mouse and keyboard is a tiny bit overkill. In my opinion m&k Hillbilly players should have a 0.875 initial turn rate while people playing Hillbilly on controller on PC or console should still have a 1 sec initial turn rate..
I hope some of my suggestions will help here, i would hate to see Billy closer to what he used to be but less closer to what he is currently. These changes are perfect for him in my opinion and these changes are fair while still making Billy more player friendly and fun to play!

Having the precision of a mouse allows you to flick and mind game easier playing killers with mechanical skill I.e: huntress, oni, nurse, blight, billy because of a bigger surface area. Like if I play billy for example on mouse and keyboard I can feather my chainsaw, mind game left and right at a filler pallet and curve faster and more precisely to down a survivor easier compared to controller even tho mechanically billy plays the same on controller without the luxury of dpi adjusting..
It’s like insta flicking with Wesker too. It’s easier on mouse then controller because you have the precision and surface area if a mouse compared to controller.
