PC - Steam. Frozen Loading Screen

My Game just Freezes when loading and i need to force it closed by Task Manager.
I verified my Files + Reinstalled the Game multiple times were it didn´t work out also i made a Ticket but i didn´t got a responds in days. my internet connection is stable and i dont have any other apps open except Dead by Daylight and the steam background stuff.
I really love this Game and its getting boring that i cant play it because i need to close it every 2-4 Games since Today also on the First games.
