PC - Tome 15 level 2 Challenge "No Witness" not completing

I tried to complete this challenge with The Ghosface (Build: Scourge Hook: Pain Resonance, Forced Hesitation, Barbeque & Chili, No Way Out. Addons: Philly, Olsen's Address Book), and got the in game confirmation that i completed it. However, when i went back to the Tome view, it was not marked as completed. I tried to complete it a few more times, thinking it was a one off bug, but it still has not completed after 3 attempts of doing the requirements.

How to reproduce:
1. Play Ghostface (most likely also happens with other killers, but i encountered it with Ghostface)

2. Get 4 hits when Undetectable

3. Complete game and go to tome page
