Feedback about the BP incentive

When opening the game and shown the news section, the most recent dev message reads as follows:

To learn more and ultimately help improve matchmaking for future iterations of this mode [2v8], we have reactivated the Survivor Bloodpoint incentive in 1v4 at +150% and applied it to 2v8 for the remaining time. This will give us a better idea how much these incentives influence role distribution in each mode.

Well, I can tell you exactly how it influenced me. I was quite happy to play 2v8 as survivor only and did so for most of the past 1.5 weeks. As a solo queue survivor, 2v8 feels better to play and the 400% bloodpoints were a very nice cherry on top. But now that it's just 150%? I opened up the game this morning and read the message above. I am genuinely less inclined to play 2v8 anymore, even though it's fun.

I guess the incentive didn't help balance the queues as you guys wished (I think that's mostly down to the novelty of playing 2 killers and potentially killer with a friend) and that's why you lowered. But let me tell you, based on my anecdotal experience, while the BP incentive may not help a lot in getting players into a specific role, I do believe that it helps keeping those players that do in it. I had no incentive to drop playing survivor 2v8, I have now.
