Server disconnect after survivor entered hatch

I was playing as Trapper. The final survivor entered the hatch and I performed a basic attack when the survivor performed the animation. The camera auto aimed at the survivor, but did not hit her. The game was over, but the match didn't end. I then placed a trap down, which got me stuck at the beginning of the placing trap animation. After about 10 seconds the server disconnected.
