Bardic inspiration perk

Bardic inspiration perk not working, it completes the animation, but then it does not grant the ability. Anyone els have this problem?

    Hi, i also have this problem. In fact, the dice appears delayed (like, after 3-4 seconds since the moment you activate the perk). And after that, the perk doesnt seem to even display the icon, couldnt test if it works or not.
