Bad hook spawns back on midwich

Downed someone walked to nearest possible hook near start of game physically can't get there they had no perks to slow me down so they get to wiggle off

That's a problem for years sadly, that being said midwich looks a bit different with the release of dracula, maybe it's better then.

Where are the spawns on midwitch bad. There are 3 hooks to choose from everywhere, especially since hooks respawn.
