Hillbilly is not punished enough for missing his power (especially with Overheat)

Hillbilly is the only killer in the game that can spam his power constantly and is basically not punished for missing it. Literally every other killer leaves breathing room for survivors after they successfully dodge the killer's power or they are given some tools to prevent the power.

Examples:

  • Cooldowns / recharging tokens (Nurse, Legion, Artist, Blight, Pinhead, Vecna etc.)
  • Limited ammo (Huntress, Trickster, Clown etc.)
  • Substantial slowdown (Pyramid Head, Deathslinger, Nemesis etc.)
  • Special items for survivors (Xenomorph, Singularity etc.)

Hillbilly can miss a chainsaw and still be right on top of you and do that again and again till he finally hits you and you can't make any distance after dodging it. He also has built-in one-shot and unlimited mobility AND all of these things get even stronger during Overheat which is very easy to get.

My suggestions: Make Overheat harder to get and put a cooldown on the chainsaw after missing it (even 5 seconds would be amazing). This could be removed during overheat to make things spicy. Or just make Billy much slower during cooldown. Nemesis is almost two times slower than Billy during cooldown.

Lol, 5 seconds is way too much for his power.

I kinda like current version, because it gives Billy option to be ambitious with their curves, which makes his chase unique and fun (for me).

If he was severely punished for using this, then you are going to see way more M1 hits, which is boring.

He would be suddenly way more difficult to learn and play, if he was punished so much.

Funny is with your examples, what about comparing charge times too? None of them has higher charge time than Billy, but that doesn't fit the narrative…
