Bardic Inspiration still not fixed

Could just be a visual bug but the perk icon indicating the effect is active appears and starts going on cooldown right when you begin your song. Half its duration is used up before you even finish playing

It's not just visual. It don't work still. No any buff effect.
Checked it after today's Castlevania update.0
