Playstation 4- Killer was unable to pick me up

The game was playing perfectly normally before this, I began working on a generator and then after a few seconds i was teleported a few feet away and the killer hit me, then after i was in chase a skill check showed up on my screen. After i was downed the killer couldn’t pick me up, and i continued to get skill checks on my screen. I was later able to be picked up by a teammate after the skill checks stopped.

-I played Trevor Belmont with the Alucard legendary skin.
-I had Botany Knowledge, Deja Vu, Kindred, and Iron Will on at the time.

- The map was Father Campbell's Chapel.

-This is the first time I’ve experienced this issue.

I’ve tried to attach a video of the bug however the file isnt compatible, so if needed please contact me so i can send a video through discord. For now here are some pictures of the random skillchecks.
