Increase a bit Dredge's sound during nightfall

Is totally silent and impossible to notice during nightfall. He needed a buff, but I don'y want him to have the Billy treatment. Stealh killers have some noise to help survivors to notice them, but during nightfall you're deaf AND blind.

And before Dredge was too loud and got almost no benefit from the part of its kit that was supposed to be stealth.
It's big, it glows white in Nightfall. It makes lockers go bang when it teleports. I think we have enough cues without the sound.
