[IDEA] QoL Update Idea - Iridescent Shard Rewards After The Ranks Reset
I hope BHVR can see this and put this to the table. I had this in my mind for a while, and I just yesterday saw someone post on the subreddit, saying they had to play for 50 hours to get their first character (4500 shards), so wanted to make this post. As of now, the only way of getting I.S is leveling up, which makes this process tiring and discouraging. It's gradual and not in a good way, and when you think about it, the amount of bloodpoints we get for at the end of the season isn't much either, it's easy to make a double gold survivor & kiIIer rewards from the ranked reset in a week. How nice it would be for all players if wr could just get small amount of Iridescent Shards based on our ranks at the end of the seasons? It could be a really good addition, bring retired players in, and would be a HUGE QoL update.
It could be something like this:
Ash (200-225-250-275)
Bronze (325-350-375-400)
Silver (450-475-500-525)
Gold (575-600-625-650)
Iridescent (750-850-950-1025) and so on.
So in this way, a player who is Gold 4 in both Survivor & KiIIer would have 1150 Iri Shards at the end of every season, which would be more rewarding and deserved given the effort and time it takes to rank up, and it would also speed up the process of being able to get characters, it's not too much, but it's still a huge quality of life update regardless! l'm waiting for you guys' opinion on this, feel free to comment.
