Pallet Throw didn't Save despite correct timing

Build: adrenaline, we'll make it, distortion, kindred
Killer: Blight
Map: Glenvale
Incident: I was downed by killer inside of a pallet and upon pick-up, a team mate threw the pallet at the perfect timing for a save, but the save did not happen.
How to replicate: Load any match, any map, and play. When you down someone in the pallet, have someone make the save at the right timing. Chances are more than 50% that it won't save the person.
