Leverage Rework Idea (or a diff perk)

Since Leverage is on the roadmap for changes soon I was trying to think of an anti-heal perk for a purpose we haven't really seen and killers don't really have a strong anti-team reset perk (multiple injured survivors grouping up to heal and remove pressure), which would also fit the theme of Leverage as a perk. So I came up with this idea:

  • Leverage: Upon hooking a survivor Leverage activates for 45 seconds. If an injured survivor is healed to healthy during this time, all remaining injured survivors become Broken for 15 seconds. Leverage has a cooldown of 60 seconds

Obviously the values of this can be adjusted (cooldown, effect duration etc), and some questions need to be answered about how it works (when does the cooldown come in? does it not stack on itself like DMS? etc). I'm going with the cooldown starting when you hook the survivor like old Ultimate Weapon, but I feel like this would be a pretty interesting and useful anti-heal perk especially if you're a killer that splits pressure and injuries well.
