Offerings need reworks

All variants of the fog dont do much, they really need a massive buff for their effect
All map offerings inevitably can and will ruin the other sides game. Make it ban a map you could be sent to
All offerings regardings hooks istances should be replaced with adding or subtracting total hooks, as theres just to many inconsistencies for it to work(with a cap and selection of which areas so it doesnt become a slug-zone)
all event offerings should only offer the bonus bloodpoints to those who bring them during event
