Nemesis new hinder
So after the very recent, roughly 40 minutes ago bug fix, one of the notes talked about the hinder on Nemesis Tentacle strike being fixed. Before, after the buffs, the hinder value was lower than intended so it did nothing to change the distance gained after a survivor was hit.
With the bug fix, the hinder value was increased to what it's suppose to be, but licker tongue was nerved to 1 second increase. After playing a couple of games, it's definitely noticable. At least to me but I want to know from much more experienced Nemesis players if this is an actual buff.
Then after further testing, does this make Nemesis too oppressive in chase?

not sure why add-on needed a nerf. it only works vs infections. but ok.

So it's 20% hinder for 2 seconds, Licker Tongue making it 3 seconds of 20% hinder which is a lot. It's the same value as forced hesitation.
It's actually prettt funny seeing a survivor hit with forced hesitation and then Tentacle strike.

yeah but it is only blue hits. it should work on normal hits to justify nerf. that is just my opinion.

…it does…

no it does not. you can see with licker togue that when you infect them, they're like slow-walking after speed boost for little bit but normal hit is regular. i like nemesis now, the aspect that i didn't like playing with him is a lot better. 3 hits and zooming around one end of suffocating pit and back was annoying with exhaustion perks like Lithe.
