Didn’t get my cosmetics or bloodpoints for buying the casting of frank stone

just like the title says I play on steam and purchased the normal version of the casting of frankstone on steam I read you get 2m bloodpoints and also some cosmetics for original survivors but I got none of it I have played through the campaign didn’t know if this counts as a dead by daylight bug or a casting of frank stone so I’m sorry if this is the wrong place to post this
