Decimated Borgo Bugged Vault Location.

There is a vault location that doesn't work. You can try and vault it as survivor and it will make you do a vault animation roughly 0.5 meters away from the window, not actually vault the thing, and keep you in the same spot. It's on these burned house tiles, not the main building. I can't leave a screenshot (i tried but I'm doing something wrong). It's been like this since the Dracula PTB, but I didn't report it cause bystander effect.
Go to decimated Borgo, try to vault the window at the super destroyed, burnt buildings. It pretty much looks like a destroyed collection of Lincoln logs.
Anytime I've been here and tried to do this as survivor, it doesn't work, and as killer, I saw some Claudette's wtry and vault the spot only for it to not work. I haven't tried it as killer though.
