Unknown doesn't need partial Blurry Photo

I was excited(but anxious) about their changes, and I gotta say I'm underwhelmed.

Sure, Blurry Photo is one of their best addons(#3 imo, preceded by Vanishing Box and Captured by the Dark" but this just feels unnecessary.

I see a lot of sentiment that Unknowns teleport is his real power and that UVX sucks(I disagree with this), so I don't think trying to reinforce this is a good idea. Blurry Photo ain't no Map of the Realm, it's not really a big deal to have.

I would have preferred literally anything else to help them out. It ain't much, but heck, reducing their TR with basekit Monitor would have been a cooler angle than just encouraging basic attacks.

    His teleport felt clunky to use without the add-on. So I think this was a good change. Now you won't feel as dependent on the add-on if you want the teleport to feel less clunky.
