Anti-Slug
How about this.
When a survivor is on the ground for more than 10 seconds, a marker (something like that light pillar) appears within 20 meters of their current location, visible only to the downed survivor. Once they get there, they can get up on their own.

Might be a little bit too quick, that would probably also effect normal slugging were you get a hit near the downed survivor on someone else. Well I think we'd have to test it, the idea itself is interessting I feel like.

You counter slugging by having someone pick you up or taking the perk unbreakable. Anything else will get weaponized by survivors and abused so no.

I myself am mostly a killer player (Trapper, Knight) but I see what a problem there is in slugging.The only answers to it are forcing surv to reserve a perk slot for unbreakable or counting on teammates.Which can create frustration
DBD needs changes but for both sides.
For example why not group killers. (M1, mobility, range, special)Then you could give passives to each of the groups (M1 killers have built-in corrupt intervention)
My change only makes sense if it was part of a bigger change.In my opinion the entire knockdown mechanic needs changes.What if after knocking down surv was stunned for 10 seconds. He can't move or try to get up on his own.

What would be the point in this when you can already see the Aura of slugged Survivor.
I mean, I guess it would counter Knock Out… but at the same time, Knockout would be made literally useless and would require a rework.

I'm missing 3 options.
Options that don't require me to use a perk or rely on others.
In my opinion this would solve two problems:
1) what to do when there are only 2 survivors and you get knocked down. (only if the killer doesn't want to hook you.)
2) Bleeding out 4 survivors. The killer won't be able to watch over all of them.And yes Knockout need rewiork. If for my change its will be like this
Knock out:
- Remove the time limit
- Reduces the Crowling speed by - 20%
- Reduces the Recovery speed by - 25%
- Stun after knockdown +5 seconds
- Remove Blindness0 -
Making use of perks and relying on teammates is literally the point of the game. You aren't entitled to having a counter to everything by default.

True, but the problem is that most of the survivor players are selfish and let's be honest, soloq in DBD is not 4v1, but 1v1v1v1v1. The only time DBD is 4v1 is in SWF.
This game needs a change
But slugs are not the only problem, we also have killers who wait until all four survivors have bled out.
Matches where the killer can't pick anyone up because someone with a flashlight or a flashbang will appear to save them and at the same time there is no wall to turn to.
Is it "Fun" for someone for sure, but the moment when you have no option causes only frustration.1
