Would Blood warden be too strong at 90 seconds of timer?

Probably not, it would be slightly easier to let survivors die to timer, but it would be still so difficult to get. It simply doesn't work when survivors expect it.
They should add at least 10 seconds, so it is same as hook stage timer. I don't think it would be suddenly broken, if you give more.

It seems like if it activates it's usually giving pretty good value, but bumping it up to like 80ish wouldn't be the worst thing either. The main concern with the perk is how much you can hook late to just insta-wipe the lobby. Starting slower and raising the numbers over time is also an option to ensure that there aren't any issues.
It's a fun perk and I wouldn't mind it being buffed but I wouldn't want it to be common enough to where survivors are discouraged from endgame altruism either.0 -
It's one of the easiest perks to counter so I have zero issue with it being 90 seconds.

Bloodwarden is generally really easy to tell if the killer is playing around it. I doubt this would change that Bloodwarden isn't good, because it's too hard to trap survivors who are aware that the perk exists.
