I don't know if this sounds weird to some. (maybe not)

I think the current event "Chaos Shuffle" has really showed me how fun it can be to play with T1 perks but it would be nice of if this was a thing in normal mode but you can choose your builds.

Personally I enjoy running T1 perks on both Survivor or Killer, once in awhile.

Perks such as "Still Sight" which takes 6 seconds of not moving before the Killer's aura is revealed (at T1). Where as at T3 it only takes 4 seconds. When I hop on a new character to level them or just try out a different Survivor I find it refreshing to play with T1 perks as it forces me to play a little different depending on the perks.

Reducing the amount of perks or taking specific perks such as "No Mither" are done to add difficulty. Although I feel it robs the ability to still have fun with specific builds; When you just want to add a little bit more of challenge without losing the ability to play certain builds.

Maybe it's more challenging to implement a system that allows you to specifically alter each perks Tier…

I'd just be happy if you could hit a small button next to the Perk catalogue and it automatically changes the Tier of all perks by one tier above. Allowing you to cycle through tiers pretty easily. Whether this alters the perks chosen or not I don't know but I'll settle for the ability to swap the tiers even if that means every perk is set to the same Tier.
