Shared Offerings and Items

Since all Survivors are basically just skins and all play the same I think they should be able to share all of their Offerings, Items, and Add-ons with one another. Killers would only be able to share Offerings though since their Add-ons are all different. To go one step farther though any Offerings that are the same for both sides like Map and BP Offerings could be shared with both sides.
