60+ Hz Monitor Support

Right now the game is locked at 60fps.
There are plenty of monitors and systems that can display/handle 98hz/fps 120hz/fps 144hz/fps or even 240hz/fps.
It would be a welcome addition to add the option to change your fps cap and Vsync on/off option in the Options Menu.
