Wesker feels garbage and weak to play on console

I've played on switch for a really long time and he was one of the killers that didn't really feel any different when I switched to PC.
If you were instead complaining about killers like console deathslinger or trickster, I'd totally agree, they are much harder to play than on PC, but wesker is not.
