I think a built in VGS for survivors would go a long way in to bringing solo/duo in line with swf teams. Just a set amount of callouts that are pre-determined, maybe with community feedback on what is necessary. It could even be very simple things so survivors can make their own "sentences" to not have too many variables. "Healing" "killer shack" "hex totem" or something that can call out "I have x perk" so that they can coordinate in game, even if they are on console with no pre game chat.
With that in place then killers and killer perks can also be adjusted to balance around all survivors being at "swf" level, instead of a combination of swf and solo.
