Dead Meat x DBD?
Dead Meat, or its host James A. Janisse, I feel like is a long overdue collaboration that should happen, especially after the introduction of Nicolas Cage.
For those who dont know, Dead Meat is a YouTube channel that specializes in horror videos and podcasts, but they are most well known for their "Kill Count" videos, which as the name implies, counts kill in horror movies… well kind of, since they also go into the behind the scenes as well as many production elements which can provide a lot of insight into how the films were made.
Overall, I think Dead Meat has had a good impact on the horror community, they provide people a new way of looking at old horror films they watched, or for new audiences, provide a way of looking at older horror content from a new lens that could spark interest into these older horror films.
Also, remember the Crypt TV Collection was added? Well, Dead Meat made an appearance on DBD's YouTube channel awhile back to talk about that, so I think BHVR are aware of Dead Meat's presence in the horror community. They have featured within fan-made projects for DBD to even do voice overs.
Obviously, I dont think it would be a good idea to just add DBD or horror creators as just Survivors since it would eventually just lead to a pick-me contest between creators.
My proposal is that DBD could release a Charity Case that is focused on adding cosmetics for characters that make them seem or represent these creators within the game. In fact, we already have one in the game, but it's old, and has not seen any additions in the long time. BHVR could probably just re-use the idea and release a new Charity Case for the community.

To be honest, I feel like James (& Chelsea!) DESERVE to be full survivors. My most wanted licensed survs besides Sidney Prescott. They introduced me to horror and made me love it. If we can get Nick Cage I don't see why we can't get them.

Why would YouTubers become survivors?…

I'm kinda iffy on that topic.
I'd much rather see a horror movie/game license instead.
