Small Tweak to the Finisher Mori

The finisher Mori is an excellent addition in my opinion, but as a small suggestion, could we please have it become available when the remaining survivors are hooked as well? Having to wait for the hook stage and death animation to completely finish just leads to slugging. And while I personally won't, I know many people WILL use this time to be toxic, as if they don't do that already.
That aside, it'd just be a nice time saver to just have it proc when the last survivor standing is downed, and just insta-sacrifice the rest as a normal hook would.
