Stuck downed in/under locker by Knights summon

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
Unable to move, get picked up or healed
PLATFORM: PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
Injured, went into a locker while chased by Knights summon, the summon opened/attacked and then I was stuck under the locker
