Lags while playing as Killer myself.

I've got massive lags while playing Killer myself. I've got this problems since the Castlevania chapter came out. I was able to play Killer without lags before. Sometimes I teleport or lag back, or hits don't connect. My screen freezes sometime too.
While playing survivor everything is smooth.

Attempted solutions;
- turning off reshade
- uninstalling reshade (reinstalling game and deleting folders)
- turning graphics down
- limiting fps down until 59
- buying dbd on steam
- chaning "windowed fullscreen" to "fullscreen" → helped for a single round
- changing mode in amd adrenalin software from "Global Expirience" to "Performance"

My Hardware:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6750 XT
Memory: 32 GB
