Luck currently only affects the self unhook at 4%.

I think luck should also affect the Trigger chance for Skill checks.

Healing (15%) and Repairing (8%) Skill Checks without Items.Now I know a lot of people want it to affect chests but I'd rather have perks do that and other changes. Now a couple of Perks and Offerings would have to be adjusted like Unnerving Presence and Deadline but so many other perks could have a new Utility.

Now I guess if I'm being honest I just want more skill check perks but it could be a way to touch up on the Luck mechanic that at this point has been forgotten by the Devs
