if you are the last person you should be able to get back up/fully recover at least once.
that way if the killer slugs to get the other person to get the last mori with the new end-game mori introduction, they can get up and escape. or even if the killer keeps the survivor slugged to find hatch.
yes i know there is a perk for it, however there is also an addon to kill last survivor by hand, this will make it slightly more fair. almost every game i have played since the mori change i have seen or been slugged for the last person to also get downed to be able to get the mori guarenteed. it makes it as a survivor push you away from wanting to play.
