Pig Suggestions
The Pig's identity is perfect. It's the execution of her kit that is very clunky. Her RBTs are nonexistent until she gets a down, which is achieved through M1 gameplay with a stealth that's weak compared to any other stealth killers. My solution is to lean even more into the lore.
Pig keeps current ambush stats. Instead, first time Pig lands an ambush on each survivor, they are injected with the sleep drug. They wake up teleported on the map with the RBT on and ticking down. It does no damage. Pig still can only do it once per survivor. Any followup Pig ambushes are regular damage. Chasing an RBT pauses the hook timer (like currently) and hooking an RBT surv completely resets the timer.
Ultimately this just shuffles around how Pig applies RBTs, and makes the process smoother without granting more power. This would change how some addons work and allow for more creative addons. An example being this would remove "putting on" the RBT, as the needle strike would do it automatically. Survivor would just see darkness for a few seconds and wake up elsewhere. Pig might see the entity mask the surv and carry them away.
Would make the experience so much more Saw-like. Numbers can be tweaked to tone power up or down. Longer or shorter sleep before wake, tweak RBT timers etc. Can make removing RBT do damage, etc. You can also give the player pig nightmares for just a few seconds while being teleported.

I like this thematically. Sounds fun!
But this would be a serious nerf for Pig. If I understand right, this would make RBTs be applied only when ambush hits. But ambush is an anti-loop tool that isn't used in every chase. My first chase with Pig often ends without using ambush, which would leave me without slowdown upon completing the chase. And other than stealth, Pig is mostly an m1 killer who relies heavily on slowdown to power mid-match dominance.
RBTs should also be followed up by a hook. That takes one survivor off a gen to go for the unhook, and the unhooked survivor is off gens for a while as they get the pig hat off. The proposed method here would leave the downed survivor off hook and take that pressure away unless the teleported survivor is teleported and put on a hook somewhere.
I also frequently find myself choosing whether or not to put a pig hat on after I've as already got control over the flow of the match. It would be good to keep that choice so some pressure can be applied at endgame if the survivors pull themselves back and get down to one or two gens.
I do like the feel of this, but I think it needs to retain Pig's ability to select when she puts RBTs on or not, and she needs to maintain her ability to push slowdown when she applies the hats by also hooking. She's not a strong killer like Nurse or Blight, and I'm a Pig main, so I have to watch out for these things. However, either way, do boop the snoot!

i think pig's lore and dbd gameplay loop conflict with one another.

"with a stealth that's weak compared to any other stealth killers."
Id very much like to argue that Sadako's stealth is WAY worse if not the worst in the game for a stealth killer.
As far as the other suggestions you mentioned goes, I like it. I dont know much about pig but it seems pretty neat.

I'd love if they kept her power concept as is and instead tweaked with the way RBTs work.
Would be interesting if devs made it so the timer is set off by something other than repairing generator. Maybe performing a conspicuous action is what triggers the timer.
Another change I'd love to see is timer dynamically change depending on the amount of hook stages survivor has. For example it could have 30 second longer duration when survivor has zero stages, default timer when there's one stage and 30 seconds shorter timer when survivor is on two stages.
