I Only have a couple hundred hours in the game so I'm not really that great yet.

But I feel like the game should have gyro aim, especially on the switch. I came back to the game after getting burnt out for a few months and playing other games like OW2 in between, and I think both in terms of an accessibility option for people with finger issues or injuries or any other reason, and a generally crazy useful feature It'd be fantastic to have more control over my aim. Especially since people usually play with cross-platform on since I doubt I'd find games very quickly if I was limited to switch players.

But yeah I think it would be a huge quality of life increase, though i dunno how hard it'd be to implement:/
