Alien: After exiting the tunnel the screen stays locked facing down

Firstly tunnel animation froze and it took 5 seconds to exit the tunnel. After exiting the tunnel my screen locked facing down . I couldnt move my screen up or down . After a minute it turned back to normal but made me lose my game.
