Nerf Breakdown, Boil Over and Flip Flop

Breakdown like a hook someone died on should spawn after 60 seconds at tier 3 not the ludicrous 3 minutes and deactivate in ECG. Boil Over remove the BS with fall from a great height and remove the hook aura blindness. Flip Flop shouldn't be more then 30 percent progression turns into wiggle progression. It shouldn't be how much the perk is used but how they are being used and this is a toxic unfair combo. I'm sick of being placed in BS matches with SWFs abusing builds like this. It's been happening way too much for me.

    Bestie, those perks are so situational it's laughable that you want to nerf them.

    • Breakdown is not worth taking and you want to nerf it to 2/3 of a gen time? Have you seen how close hooks are to each other?
    • Boil over gives +33% to current wiggle progression, it's also laughably bad and not even worth taking.
    • Flip Flop? Just pick up survivors immediately?

    You literally can avoid all above perks (+ literally entire "sabo build" with saboteur toolboxes and addons) by just bringing Agitation OR Iron Grasp because hooks are so close to each other.
