The end game can be tough on a killer who didn't get enough kills through out the game as it is. A co-ordinated team can unhook and escape with relative ease anyway, and there isn't much the killer can do about it in many circumstances. But survivors being able to INSTANTLY pick up a downed person, and give both the pick up and themselves Endurance while running for the exit gate completely trivialises the end game. So long as you are within about 10 seconds of the exit gate. You will get out for free 99% of the time. At least just body blocking takes some co-ordination.

I know some counter point to this will be "But that is 3 perks for this scenario". It is also incredibly strong throughout the match too, but let just say yes it is just for the endgame. That is 3 perks on only One survivor out of a SWF. These 3 perks out of the Survivor's total of 16 should not almost guarantee the escape for at least 2 people. There is a bunch wrong with the balancing of this game, but this is entirely uncounterable.

While WGLF + FTP do work together, MFT + FTP do not.

If someone has these 3 perks and uses FTP to heal a slug, the slugged survivor will have endurance but the healer will not and you can down them.

In order to get double endurance with MFT + WGLF, you have to do the heal without FTP.
