Survivor teleport perk

When the killer is picking up a survivor this perk activates.

Once you enter a locker for 5 seconds, you teleport to a RANDOM locker far away (or one next to you for memes) on the map.

For developers, no new animations need to be added. Maybe a new sound and effect on the locker.

I think it would be fun and not too powerful but also useful. It would be like a 'background player' perk but focused more on mobility than creating a flashlight opportunity.

    I'd love a perk which works like the vecna item personally, a teleport for the price of a health state + killer instict <3

    Oh I didn't know there's a teleport mechanic to Vecna's items. Cool, problem solved!
