In general, gen progress goes way too fast. The “slowdown” is hardly perceptible.
Classes are way overpowered, particularly Medic. It’s insane releasing someone from a cage and having them full health in 1 second.
Killer:
Grant a pop goes the weasel type of effect to brute or so, we have no gen regression whatsoever or gen lock down.
Grant rank progress to both roles, right now, playing 2vs8, gives players half the time to rank up this month.

I don't think we can comment on balance until we get stats on what the actual overall kill rate is this time.
