I don’t know what add on this effect would change but I think it would be fun

Makes chainsaw charging silent

Take away 1 charge

Of course this would be very bad on its own but if you pair it with undetectable perks and maybe depth gauge rake you can get a different playstyle. It be like scratch mirror myers how you are basically shooting yourself in the foot unless you bring a build specific to it.
