They're never going to add licensed Killers nor will they ever add any sort of generator control for Killer, and thus I'm not coming back to it. Ever.

We don't know yet if they're going to or not, all we know is that they're not against adding them, as Cote have told us during an interview that adding licensed killers to 2v8 is a conversation bhvr needs to have with each license holder and each of them have the right to refuse should they want to.
Logically speaking however, it's a safe bet to make that certain licensed killers such as ghostface will most likely make it into 2v8.

Ghostface has good Chances of getting in. I think some licence holders already agreed that their Killer can be in 2v8. However BHVR needs to find a way to implement the Killer in 2v8 that the licence holder think is fine and that works gameplaywise.
We will get licences, but i think it will take some time until licences get in. Next Killers will probably be Artist, Trickster and Clown.

Cote mentioned that some license holders were actually really excited for their characters to be added to 2v8.

Now that I think about it, if Ghostface ever gets added to 2v8 the game should allow both killers to play him.

Honestly, the only reason I'm still playing 2v8 is because of the Bloopoints. I need to get my Mikaela to P100.
Because this 2v8 is way worse than the previous version, and I still can't play a killer that I actually enjoy playing.

That's really the only reason for players like us to play though isn't it? Bloodpoints and easy Surv wins.

My biggest worry is killers with unique status effects, (Which is half the roster) how are they going to make them work if there's multiple?
Like E.g imagine they add Doc and Plague - will the gamemode make it so you can only pick one 'status effect' killer or will they put in the extra effort to make both status effects work at the same time

Well, Bloodpoints have always been a hell of a good incentive.
