Rank 1: +45% med kit eff
Rank 2: +35 med kit eff
Rank 3: +25 med kit eff

I mean if this is a buff why rank 1 and rank 2 gives more eff than rank 3?

forgot to take a screen from rank 3 but i make you sure that is 25%

    I've noticed this as well, I believe it's a bug. At Tier 3 the degredation of medkits is a lot slower when self healing. All that needs to be done on Behavior's side is switch the number values on all tiers.

    Both. It may be a text error and SC didn't changed at all, or the devs made a mistake and they put rank 3 info on rank 1 and vice versa

    They must've accidently changed info on live.
    It's like the PTB version.
