New Thrill of the Hunt buff is Excessive
So, initially reading, a 4% increase per each stack for a total of 20% extra slowdown didn't seem insane, however the difference ended up being an extra 19 seconds from the original speed. This is excessive and can make totems near uncleansable vs certain killers or on certain builds, especially with pentimento etc.
The new cleanse speed is 47 seconds, vs the original 28 seconds. When I did my own math I messed up and thought it would be 34, and I thought even that was excessive. 47 seconds is OVER HALF A GENERATOR solo'd, and MORE Than an entire generator doubled. If a killer has Thrill + Undying + Devour, this is near uncounterable without every chase just lasting a very long time, with map RNG this is a huge ask for a build with guaranteed value. The slowdown potential of this is 3+ generators worth of survivor time sink just to remove perks.
The buff should genuinely be reverted, thrill is plenty strong as it is. Or if not reverted, at least do like a 1 or 2% buff not 4. Even a 1% buff would net the killer an extra 4 seconds, which is still huge.

So it's multiplied and not added debuff?
Literally I hate it, what were they thinking?
Basically there is nothing right now to stop the killers from using hex meta
Devour Hope makes you unsafe whole match → When destroyed replaced by Undying / Pentimento that makes you have -30% debuff to all gens (which is absolutely silly that the first debuff is the strongest one).
