Can't claim 4,500 shards due to connection error

I can't claim my 4,500 shards. I tried this on desktop as well and the same problem persists. I tried unlinking and relinking my PlayStation but I'm unable to.

we are unable to assist with this matter on the forum - but please disable your ad blocker or try on another browser where you do not have ad blocker installed. Pop-ups have to be enabled in order for you to complete the procedure.
