it’s been a while since this perk has been nerfed and it’s complete garbage compared to what it once was but I understand that the 1st iteration was overturned. My suggestion would be to make a the perk have a lower cooldown but the same effect. 60 seconds is too long for how mediocre it’s effect is. Maybe 25 seconds or 30 seconds would be good. I would run this perk if it were 20-30 second cooldown
